Because guzhen's technical experts must have a condition, that is, understand the cost, understand the market, understand the cost performance, research and development of products is not easy to disconnect with the market.

If LED lighting enterprises want to stand firm in the fierce market competition, they must have a strong comprehensive strength. Intelligence and innovation is the development trend of LED lighting industry, which means that enterprises with strong research and development strength will definitely be the trendsetter of LED new era.


At present, domestic enterprises' LED research and development technology is relatively dispersed, while international enterprises' LED product quality and performance, especially in optical design, product intelligent control and other aspects are in the lead. In view of this situation, enterprises must expand their own research and development team, storage technology, let their products enhance the technical content, only in this way can foothold in the market. But the direction of research should not go too far. I have seen the research results of a street lamp driven by power supply. The heat dissipation problem is indeed solved very well, but the volume is very large and the cost is astonishingly high. Many street lamp manufacturers shake their heads at the recommendation meeting because they cannot carry out mass production. The market value of such research and development is zero.


Some enterprises do not pay attention to research and development and try to increase sales or highlight product advantages through celebrity endorsement, but celebrity endorsement can not fully present the value of the product. Customers are in pursuit of cost-effective products, requiring appropriate prices and stable performance. Enterprises need to make clear that the purpose of r&d is to ensure the performance and reliability of products, and at the same time, to innovate products to meet the growing needs of customers.


Leds, small and medium enterprises in the early stage, but by buying technology to develop the enterprise, but enterprise scale to large stage, the need to change development strategy, actively invest a lot of resources to enhance research and development strength, to clear the sales growth is short-term behavior, research and development technology improve slowly, but it can create enterprise's core competitive ability, bring the long-term and stable benefit.
